The SD11 combines a hybrid neutral white/red LED system with crucial features to make a purpose-driven underwater photography flashlight. Built with professional needs in mind, the SD11's special "R+" setting activates the white light and red LEDs simultaneously, achieving better color rendering in deep-water environments where harsh blue light dominates. The result is more accurate, lifelike photographs.
Made for Divers, Not Landlubbers
Designed in consultation with professional divers, the SD11 makes underwater operation easy. The twist selector ring allows you to adjust modes with one hand. You can even check your battery level on the fly by rotating the magnetic ring all the way left. An included mounting clip affixes the SD11 to your photography gear using standard-sized brackets and posts. This makes it easy to get your SD11 up and running right out of the box. And features such as smart voltage and temperature adjustment make the SD11 respond to changing circumstances. The light's output will automatically step down to prolong runtime when your battery reaches its last legs. And if the light heats up to 65°C/149°F or above, it will automatically step the brightness down to 700 lumens to preserve the life of your components. Once the temperature is back under control, the output will gradually return to its full 1000 lumens.

Fenix's expertise with fine machine milling has created a seal so perfect that the SD11 can travel to 100m (328') of depth. It earns the industry's highest rating of IP68, meaning it's both dust tight and waterproof. Internally, the SD11 is compatible with both flat top or button top 18650s, as well as CR123As, giving you flexibility in choosing your fuel.
