"So I've been using this light for about eight months now. I had a similar light from another manufacturer but it stopped working after taking a 6 foot tumble onto concrete. I don't know for sure if this one would have survived or not, but it seems like it might be a little more. . . resilient thanks to the poly-carbonate body. It does everything it says it does, so that's great. The only faults that I can find are that it has a parasitic drain on the battery and that the switch is easily activated by accident when it's in your pocket. So, when I'm at work (building maintenance) I carry the light in a semi-rigid belt pouch and have a couple of spare batteries ready. If Fenix could fix those two issues, and maybe allow the usage of unprotected cells, the light would be perfect."
