"I wanted a small 18650 light. This one was okay for 29. 99 and would be a steal for 22. 99. Probably not 1000 lumens, but plenty bright. I like to keep mine in strobe mode just in case. I've got plenty of 18650 batteries and now I've got a good small light to use them with. New EDC!"
