The Nichia LED casts bright white light with a 5700K color temperature similar to daylight. Combined with a smooth reflector, the EDC-H4 emits a clean 200-meter beam, making it great for camping and hiking too. In an emergency, the flashlight is complete with a 1000-lumen strobe for home defense or SOS mode for signaling.
The EDC-H4 is outfitted with a 2600mAh 18650 battery which can recharge quickly via an integrated USB-C charging port - a popular charging style that's already used in most devices around your home. An integrated battery level indicator shows a red/yellow/green light on the single side switch so you can stay up-to-date with your remaining power and know when to stop for a charge break or not get caught without light during a power outage!

"Just like the description says. It's a basic flashlight that's good for using around the house. It's inexpensive, so if you lose it not a big deal. Simple to use with basic modes of low, medium, high, & strobe. Appears to be built with a decent rechargeable battery as I've had it for many months & no probs discharging/charging. Simple to charge via the USB-C port on the light. Got mine at a deep discount so it was a good deal."

"This is a very nice light. I like how it feels in the hand, and how easy it is to operate. The green glow ring around the power switch is a very nice touch: green = battery good, amber = battery low. I was hesitant at first due to non-removable LiPo cell but now that I have several weeks of using it, well, I like it. That adds to the simplicity of the light. The light quality is superb slightly warm white beam, Very nice. So much so that I purchased two more!"
"The Folomov EDC H4 is a very good light. It is a bit smaller than I anticipated, so it fits well in your hand and produces a very bright light. The low setting is plenty for anything indoors and the high setting illuminates outdoors well, with a good combination of spot and spill. I don't know what the CRI is, but colors show up very well. I use this light mostly for scanning the back yard before letting the dogs out, or when on a walk. I purchased 2 of these because they were very reasonable in price and keep one of them in the car. The 2600 mA battery should provide long lasting power. The strobe is very intense and should repel any attacker, and could also be used to signal for help. On the negative side, the power button is quite small and a bit difficult to find in the dark, so takes a little getting used to. In any event, I would highly recommend this light as one to keep around the house or in the car or in your emergency kit."
