Newly released, the iPower Max AA Protected Button Top Battery is one of the most revolutionary rechargeable batteries to come out in years! This specialized cell takes the imposing power of a Lithium Polymer chemistry and regulates it so that it can be used effectively in low drain devices. While most Lithium Ion cells typically have a sizable voltage of 3.6 to 3.7 Volts, this AA uses a sophisticated regulator that lowers its voltage to just 1.5V, allowing it to be safely used in most devices that operate on alkaline or nickel metal-hydride batteries.
Steady Output
One of the biggest perks of this innovative AA is its unbelievably stable output, which can be attributed to its Lithium Cobalt Oxide chemistry. Unlike alkaline or nickel-based cells, which gradually drop in voltage over time as they're used, this AA stays at a consistent 1.5 Volts for almost the entirety of its discharge. This consistency makes the cell perfect for use in devices that require a constantly reliable power source, such as wireless microphones, security systems, and medical devices.
