Who says big things can't come in small packages? Jetbeam's DC-R10 Rechargeable LED Flashlight appears to be a walking contradiction by those standards, delivering high performance illumination despite being under 4 inches in length and weighing under 3 ounces. The compact light is able to produce a stunning 750 Lumens for up to 30 minutes and also features three other brightness settings ranging from 113 Lumens all the way down to 3 Lumens to fit the needs of any situation. The light uses a CREE XP-L LED and a specially designed deep aluminum reflector to maximize the throw distance, able to reach up to 134 meters away. The DC-R10 even features a special Strobe Mode that uses the light's maximum intensity of 4480cd as a means to signal or to disorient a target, making it perfect for tactical use.
For Convenience Sake
The DC-R10 certainly is a convenient size for the power it produces, but its size is only one of its many practical features. While the flashlight is designed to operate using a 16340 rechargeable battery (also known as a RCR123A), it is also able to use the more common CR123A battery if needed. When using the 16340, however, the flashlight is able to be charged internally using an included Micro USB cable via the protected port on the side of the light. The DC-R10 uses a single simple-to-use side switch to cycle through the different output modes with ease and also doubles as a power indicator, flashing slowly when your battery is getting low and producing a quick flash when battery charge is critical. The flashlight also has tail stand capability and comes with a removable attachment ring to connect to the tailcap of the light for more convenient carry.

The DC-R10 is designed to not only give you impressive performance, but to make sure it continues to perform for extended use. The flashlight is crafted from strong but lightweight aircraft-grade aluminum alloy and uses a toughened mineral glass lens with anti-reflective coating, making it impact resistant from up to 1.5 meters and earning it an IPX-6 rating in water resistance. The DC-R10 also uses an anti-roll and anti-slip design to keep it stable whether it is in your hand or placed down on a table. The flashlight also features specially designed Thermal Heat Fins that help prevent overheating when operating the light for extended use. The DC-R10 even uses an efficient power management circuit to monitor the usage of the light to protect both the LED and battery from overuse, maximizing their runtime and lifespan.
