JetBeam's IM flashlight is designed for you. 1100 searing lumens blast out of this hand cannon, reaching distances 230 m away (two and a half football fields). Scorch your adversaries with the blinding strobe mode, and then follow up with a strike from the crenelated bezel. Drop it, dunk it, take it out into the sandstorm - the ruggedized body is a sealed system that can operate flawlessly on the battlefield, and get dragged down the streets. Locked On - Literally

The JetBeam IM has some amazing features that you can access with a simple twist of the head or tail. A direct-to-turbo mode allows you to quickly and quietly launch the full power of your light. Simply twist the light's head counterclockwise until it locks. Loosening it again returns to normal mode, where you can use the mode selector to cycle through the light's six settings (four brightness levels, strobe, and SOS). The tailcap features both a power button, and a twist lock that prevents accidental operation. The twist lock works when the light is powered on, too, so the bumps and blows of your work don't change your settings. In between operations, you can recharge the IM with the same micro USB cord you use for your phone. An onboard charge indicator tells you when your battery is fully recharged, and helps you stay aware of your charge level when you're in the field.

Baptized in Fire

Machined from giant chunks of aerospace grade aluminum, the body of your JetBeam IM is anodized with the thickest possible plating of anti-abrasive finish - so thick it even meets the Type III military standard. The precisely interlocking parts are then fitted with o-ring seals that make it waterproof up to two meters. Cycle through the four brightness settings using the side switch. In addition to the full force of turbo, there's an ultra-low 5 lumen mode, low at 20 lumens, and medium, clocking in at 250 lumens. The strobe mode is reliable for self-defense, and a SOS aids you with long-range and emergency identification. Your IM offers you the flexibility to run on either one 18650 or two CR123A batteries. Take advantage of the CR123A's legendary shelf life and keep some as your backup cells. We even carry a variety of other accessories such as remote switches, holsters, weapon mounts, and long tooth bezels so you can make the IM the cornerstone of your kit.

If you don't need USB recharging capability or don't like the side mode switch, JetBeam's sister light, the IIM, eliminates those features and uses a slightly different body at a reduced price.
