The JETBeam i2 PRO Smart Charger offers 2 independent channels in which users can charge their li-ion, NiMH or NiCd batteries. This 2-bay charger is equipped with a built-in micro processor that is capable of identifying a battery's size and chemistry as well as the appropriate charge mode required. In fact, the JETBeam i2 PRO offers 3 different modes for powering cells: constant current, constant charge voltage and trickle charge. This intelligent battery charger allows for 2 cells to be charged simultaneously! When one of the batteries is complete, the device will automatically shut off to prevent over-charging. Another great safety feature is its reverse polarity protection, which will prevent damage to both the battery and to the charger if it is accidentally inserted backwards. The JETBeam i2 PRO is also fitted with individual stainless steel springs that adjust to accommodate different-sized batteries. From AA NiMH and NiCd cells to larger 26650 li-ion batteries, this smart charger is extremely versatile and compatible with a wide variety of sizes.
