The JL340 18650 battery is currently the most powerful, with an impressive 3400mAh capacity. That's 48% higher than the more common 2300mAh capacity of standard 18650 batteries. This lithium-ion cell features a button top design, which makes it compatible with most electronic devices. The JETBeam JL340 was not only designed with versatility and power in mind but also safety. This li-ion battery is equipped with 3 safety protection features that prevent the cell from over heating or from becoming over charged or over discharged. The PTC (positive temperature coefficient) block is designed to protect against current surges within the cell itself. Pressure relief valves are also included to ventilate the battery if fumes occur due to damage. Finally, the JL340 is fitted with a separator to prevent short circuiting within the cell. This rechargeable 18650 battery is the perfect tool for keeping high-drain devices and tool powered at all times. The li-ion cell can even withstand up to 500 charge and discharge cycles and it won't succumb to any memory effects.
