Well made, but could be better
"This nylon holster has a 4" pocket and is long enough to hold a 5. 5" long flashlight while still allowing the flap to close with enough velcro to securely close. The holster has a metal ring at the top of the belt loop. There is a metal snap that is used to secure the belt strap to the holster. The holster has elastic sides that allow for some stretching of the interior to accommodate thicker flashlights. This size Jetbeam holster has a slot for a spare battery on the side, but a battery could easily slide out of that pocket because the bottom has only a narrow strip of elastic that does not stay in place. Not all flashlights come with a holster, so it's great to be able to find various sized holsters for a good price at Battery Junction."

"Great holster! Much heavier than the ones I have received with the small Nitecore and Sunwayman lights. I have worn the bottoms out of several of these, apparently by rubbing on things when I am sitting. The Jetbeam holsters are made of a much heavier material, and also have a much more substantial velcro surface on the flap, proving better retention. They also a somewhat deeper, so less of the flashlight is sticking out above the holster, which also provides better retention!"

"ordered an Olight SR30II light and wanted a holster to go with it. I wish Olight included a good holster with their light, but they don't. I really could not tell much about the size from the description, so I ordered this holster and the mini holster to try. they were on sale for two dollars each so I tried each one. this holster appears to be well made and really a bargain at the price. It fit the Olight SR30ii perfect. You could use it for most any small light up to approx. 1 inch in diameter and anywhere between 4 to 5 inches long. the Velcro closure on the flap is really strong so I don't worry about losing my light. the elastic sides hold your light securely. good holster for the money"

"These little holsters are well-made and have a snapover to go on a belt, and a nice metal ring that could be used to hang it from a pack, vest, or lanyard. There is an extra piece of elastic forming a battery pocket on the side (could be used for anything else that you want to stick in there - pen, small knife, etc. ). In addition to the lights for which it is designed, it fits the Nitecore EC20 perfectly, like it was made for it. (the EC20 does not come with one, so here ya go - and for $2, you just can't beat it). I ordered two extras (while they're still available) for the two EC20s I have stored."

"This pouch seems to work just fine for a 14500 or a smaller 18650 light. The materials feel rugged with no fraying. It has a nice belt loop in the back with a snap closure. However the attaching metallic snap on the inside of the pouch might contact the light which may produce scratching over time. So, I found that a small strip of duct tape covers it well and keeps it from scratching the finish on the flashlight. The hook-and-loop attachments flap and pouch close securely."
