"Love bright flashlights & this is one of them. Can really light up a large area in flood light mode or can focus all that light into a narrow spotlight with a twist of the A3's head. Comes with a big powerful rechargeable battery. Ability to charge it with the included USB -C cable. A lot of bang for the buck. One of my favorites!"

"I wanted a few lights to put around the house in case of a power outage. Since these came with the 21700 battery, I charged it and it was ready to use. Since you have to twist the head to move the zoom, it stays where you leave it, unlike many that push/pull and can easily change when not wanted. I would prefer memory, as it always starts on high, and I am more about run time and keeping the light from getting so hot, so I just click it down each time. The side switch lights when it is on, but not when off, so it's hard to find in the dark, tail switches are 100x better for that issue as they are always in the same place."

"I am proud to own several Klarus LED flashlights. My newest one is the Klarus A3 which came with a 4000mAh rechargeable battery. I've handled zoomable flashlights in the past but this one quite frankly, ''Takes the Cake,'' in terms of functionality, purposefulmess and sheer quality. It totally stands out. In full zoom mode, I can light up paths on both sides of my street. The zoom in or out doesn't rattle or make any sounds, very easy to manipulate, I can do it with one hand if needed. Due to the large size of the 21700 rechargeable battery, the run time is impressive but it's got a little heft to it though not enough to be bothersome. It's as solid as I'd want a good flashlight to be. The USB charging port cover is rubberized and fits perfectly. The light itself is extremely bright in either mode. It's white in the center but near the outer ring, there is a slight yellow-orange hue within eyeshot but in spot mode, it's not noticeable. The long distance range is phenomenal ! I use it for walking my dogs at night, and spotting Coyotes across my backyard pond. In my opinion, it's well worth the money. I hope this helps !"
