The XT10 Suit's rugged aircraft-grade aluminum body and toughened ultra-clear glass lens give it extraordinary structural integrity, with impressive shock resistance and an IPX Rating of IPX-8 in water resistance (waterproof and submersible up to 2 meters underwater). The body's design also allows for increased heat dissipation to prevent overheating which could damage both the flashlight and the battery. Internally, the XT10 features a unique gold-plated dual spring system to provide further protection and shock resistance, as well as reverse polarity protection to prevent damage from improperly installed batteries.
