"I like the three power levels, they are spaced out for almost every need. I don't really use the strobe but could understand the need for it in certain circumstances. Also, rechargeable is the way to go. Much better for the environment. Great value for the money."
"I bought these lights as replacement for the discontinued XT12 and think I like them better with the micro USB port charging than the magnetic chargers which seem to break too easily and are no longer being made or supported. Only issue is the tactical ring is shown in the picture but is not on the XT11S when received and not in the box either. False advertising or simple mistake? Not happy with that and now I need to buy additional rings to add to these lights."
"The item was defective upon receipt. However, after returning the item to Battery Junction, it suddenly worked. Never mind the fact that when I received it, I was on the phone with their customer service department troubleshooting the issue. The tactical tail switch did not work - both the main and the strobe, but the side switch did work. No matter what we tried, we could not get the tail switch and strobe switch to work. I four Klarus tactical flashlights, so I know what I am doing. Additionally, their return policy, unlike another online retailer, requires the customer to pay for the return shipping even when the item is defective. I paid $10. 71 for return shipping. Despite that, they still charged me an additional $3. 55 for return shipping. So they deducted $3. 55 from the refund amount they put back on my card. Total $14. 26 out of pocket. Though previous purchased products from Battery Junction were fine, in that these products worked, the return process and customer service on this return is this company's Achilles Heel. From now on, my business and loyalty will go to another online retailer."
"I really like the fact that you can enter or change modes by a separate side switch and a separate strobe switch right next to the tail cap on and off, great for tactical use. Has a great light beam distance and a lot of useful mode choices. Very bright and very well made. Would definitely buy another."

"Excellent flashlight for walking the dog, police use, or camping. The amount of light this small flashlight can deliver is impressive. I heard a noise several nights ago and shined my light into the back yard to find a bear eating fruit off a tree. The light lit the yard like it was daytime. One touch of the rear switch and the bear ran off because of the strobe."
"I didn't ordered through this site but leave my review anyway. First it seems complicated with 3 buttons and 3 different settings to choose. After read the manual you will understand the function for each button and begin to love it. Diameter looks little bigger than fenix pd35 or nitecore p12 but not well noticeable and brighter. I would recommend someone who's looking for a compact flashlight. Unbeatable incomparable!"
