The Klarus XT15 Falcon has been updated with a new LED, a longer throw and an improved beam intensity. This USB rechargeable flashlight is now fitted with a CREE XP-L HI V3 LED, which helps to product the 1020-lumen high mode output, we've all grown to expect. When paired with the smooth reflector, the newer LED is able to produce an astounding 450-meter throw. That's 95 meters, or 312 feet, further than the original XT15! This Klarus flashlight, with its ultra long-range throw, is therefore perfect for tactical use and for use by law enforcement professionals. The light is even equipped with a detachable stainless steel strike bezel for added protection, if needed. The new LED also improves the peak beam intensity within the center of the beam from 31,522 candelas to a super-hot 50,620 candelas.

USB Rechargeable

The Klarus XT15 Falcon is still powered by (1) 18650 battery, which is included with every unit purchased. The great thing about this light is that hte included battery can be charged internally, using the provided USB cable. Please note that the included battery has a custom dual-orientation, reversible design. While the flashlight is compatible with other 18650s, including those with PCB protection circuits, only the included battery is capable of being charged internally within the light. As an added bonus, the cable is fitted with a magnetic port for effortless attachment. No more having to flip the port back and forth in an effort to match up the prongs, which let's be honest, we all do time and time again. The magnetic cable connects in an instant, therefore providing power to the 18650 battery with ease. In fact, if the magnet is within 1 centimeter (10mm) of the port, it will automatically connect on its own! Don't have access to a USB power source, such as a computer or AC wall adapter? No problem. The Klarus XT15 is also compatible with (2) CR123A lithium non-rechargeable batteries (sold separately).

Please Note: Only Klarus' custom 18650 with its unique contacts can be charged within the light. DO NOT charge button-top and flat-top 18650 batteries the light.
