Klarus sure has been busy; introducing the innovative XTQ1, THE ultimate stealth LED flashlight. Just when you thought it couldn't get better, or should I say quieter, Klarus has gone ahead and outdone themselves. The XTQ1 is fitted with Klarus' patented ultra-quiet tactical switch system, which is completely flat and has no audible click for the optimum stealth experience. Measuring in at 5.4", the XTQ1 is constructed from aerospace aluminum alloy with a military grade hard-anodized finish, making it compact and lightweight, yet extremely durable. The XTQ1 is equipped with a crenelated bezel for those emergency situations and features a dual spring system for improved drop and shock resistance. The XTQ1 is a must-have for law enforcement, military personnel and even hunters.

Lighting Technology

CREE LED

The XTQ1 is able to output a massive 800 lumens from a CREE XM-L2 LED, with a maximum beam distance of up to 180 meters. Accessing the various output modes is done via Klarus' new tactical switch system. The unique flat metal switch features a large contact area and is very easy to operate. A long press of 1.5 seconds or more will turn the light on/off, while a double-tap will engage the strobe mode in any condition. Momentary-on can be activated by lightly pressing the switch when off, for those emergency situations. Also, the switch is indented to prevent from accidentally activating the light.

Power

The XTQ1 can be powered by either two Lithium CR123A batteries or a single rechargeable Li-Ion 18650 battery. Depending on whether you choose primary or rechargeable batteries, you will get greater outputs or longer run times. Rest assured, you don't have to worry about improperly inserting the batteries, as reverse polarity protection will prevent from damaging the light. Also, the ZTQ1 is IPX-8 waterproof, so submerging the light in water up to 2 meters will not damage the battery or the light.Features:
