High-Accuracy Digital Light Meter with Backlight
The Klein Tools ET130 is a digital light meter which gives users the ability to monitor area light levels with scientific precision! With a sample rate of 2 times per second, the ET130 provides measurements in both Foot Candles (FC) and Lux with a manual/auto range of 4,000 FC and 40,000 Lux. Complete with a backlit LCD display good for use in low light conditions, the ET130 gives you a 40-segment bar graph to evaluate the quality of any area's illumination.
Easy to Read and Use!
The ET130 is also outfitted with user-friendly features like Data Hold, which holds the current measurement on the screen for 10 minutes while you take notes or make adjustments. Also available is the Min/Max function, which toggles between the maximum value, minimum value, and measurement mode on the bar graph. Auto Power Off preserves the battery by turning the ET130 off after 10 minutes of inactivity. These design elements make the light meter easier to use, especially in a workplace setting. The ET130’s calibrations remain accurate for one full year, resulting in a long-lasting, highly-accurate tool for large-scale projects at home or at work. It also includes a lighting guide in the manual with the recommended illumination levels for different kinds of spaces, so you can create the optimal lighting scenario for each space.
