Klein Tools HVAC Clamp Meter with Differential Temperature

True RMS Measurement Technology

The new Klein HVAC Clamp Meter is the preferred meter used by HVAC professionals. Its two K-type thermocouple ports for differential temperature reading can be used to troubleshoot numerous applications and is an invaluable tool on the road. Through the use of the amp clamp, the automatic ranging True Root Mean Squared (TRMS) measurement technology is used for AC current and inrush current. Inrush current measures surges when an electrical device is started up - this is vital for installation, diagnostics and maintenance of electrical motors. The DC microamp measures DC current across flame sensors, and confirms flame rectification. The Clamp Meters' test leads can measure a range of voltage, amperage, resistance, continuity, frequency and much more. Built tough and user-friendly, it can survive a drop from two meters high and has a digital temperature calibration button - no more fussing with screwdrivers to adjust meters.
