With 24 hours of runtime on the 35-lumen low mode, you won't have to be constantly replacing batteries. 24 hours of continuous use is a lot of days at work, and a lot of nights walking the dog before you even have to think about replacing the batteries, and when you do need to replace the batteries the LightStar 300's beam will slowly blink in order to let you know, so you can stay prepared.
