The CREE XP-G (R5) LED at the center of the orange peel reflector offer a wide flood beam that doesn't wash out details, but preserves them for up close and personal applications. Select between four brightness levels which fluctuate depending on what kind of battery is used. Get up to four hours of continuous use on a Ni-MH battery, or get 350 lumens using a single 3.7V Li-Ion 14500 battery. When the battery is running low, you can count on the Trust Model-1 to keep churning out a consistent lumen output no matter what as opposed to traditional lights which dim as the the batteries drain.
