"This light is exceptional for EDC. For 98% of what you need a light for, this will more than do! Do NOT waste your money on other high-end models. Yes, you get more lumens, throw, etc. , but for the money spent buy several of them and have them at your ready in different areas of your life. And AA batteries? Why would you buy a torch that required anything else but AA's which are available anywhere. . . ? Buy it!"
