For late night rides in any weather condition, the Nitecore BR35 is a high performance, rechargeable bike light with a dual distance beam. This portable powerhouse packs a 1800 Lumen wallop, cutting through darkness and providing reliable night time lighting. But the BR35 isn't all brawn and no brain, because that 1800 lumens is split between two dual distance beams that cover both the wide area ahead of you and the area directly ahead of the front bike tire. This ensures total vision of your environment, great for either city riding or off road action. "I have to give it a two stars. The light itself is great but the mounting on the handle bar has a design flaw. On my first ride the light flew out from the mounting when I rode over a little bump. Definitely this handle bar mounting won't work on mountain trail."
