An enhanced version of the EC4, the Nitecore EC4GT LED Flashlight is a potent combination of imposing power and intelligent design. Powered by either a pair of 18650 batteries or four CR123As, the EC4GT uses its upgraded CREE XP-L HI V3 LED to generate up to 1000 Lumens of stunning brightness, which can throw as far as 475 meters thanks to the light's deep metal reflector. The light also features 4 dimmer constant brightness settings, as well as three specialized tactical outputs; Strobe, S.O.S., and Location Beacon. Operating the EC4GT is a breeze thanks to the light's easy-to-use dual side switch interface, using its power switch to activate and deactivate the light and using the mode switch above to cycle through all 8 outputs. The power switch even doubles as a power indicator so you can keep track of the light's charge.

Innovative Design

Perhaps upstaging the EC4GT's impressive output is its truly unique and sophisticated design. Crafted from lightweight and sturdy aero grade aluminum alloy, the EC4GT is one of the few flashlights with a die-cast unibody, meaning the main body is one solid piece. The unibody design gives the flashlight enhanced structural integrity, providing exemplary impact and water resistance. The body also features a rhombic knurling for a stronger grip and cooling fins to help dissipate heat and prevent overheating from extended use. The EC4GT's flat tailcap allows it to stand upright for candle lighting and even features a thumbscrew lock that can double as a tripod connector to provide another hands-free lighting option. The light features Advanced Temperature Regulation (ATR) Technology and reverses polarity protection, so the EC4GT is equally protected from internal damage.
