- I am considering adding USB-C rechargeable 18650 batteries to my inventory for use with my ultrafire flashlights. No issues to date with fitment for other brands of batteries without integrated USB-C, and I am currently using your nitecore digichargers, which have worked well, although some brands take quite a long time (up to 8 hours!) to fully recharge. Just a couple basic questions: how do I know when battery is fully charged via USB-C? What other pros and cons might I consider when using the 18650 battery type with integrated re-charging capability, mainly for flashlights? Thanks!
- There is a very small indicator light on the top of the battery. The charge port is normally on the top side of the battery. This small indicator light will be on the top of the battery near the button. The light is red when charging and will turn green when charged. We have found that some batteries that have the charge port can be a little longer than ones that do not. We would recommend checking the dimensions on the battery you are interested in to be sure it will fit in the light you wish to use it in.
