This upgraded version of the NL1835 features the same quality power as its sibling model, able to produce 3.6 Volts of power and can hold a massive charge of 3500 mAh, more than enough to keep your flashlight running through extensive use. What sets the 18650 apart, however, is its immensely upgraded discharge current, able to output 8 Amps of forceful current, 4 times as much as its original model, making it better suited for high-drain devices.

"I bought this battery as past of a bundle. I have Nitecore 18650 batteries in 2300 and 2600 mah. The 3500 is a little longer (1-1. 5mm) than the others and the button top is almost flush with the rim of the circumference, making it difficult to use with some devices. I use it in the Nitecore HC33 headlamp and it works fine. Keep this in mind when looking for a high capacity/high performance 18650 battery for high-drain devices."

"Well built precision optics require well built powerful batteries designed for the light. They cost a little more but they're rechargeable so you get the right power over and over again. I got 4 yrs. use out of my 1st one before I could tell it wasn't holding its charge as long as it used too. I bought a 2nd but I'm still using the 1st in a diff light because it still works well just not as long."
