Speaking of, the NTP10 comes with a Fisher Space pressurized refill, which will give you a smooth pen stroke on almost any surface in any environment, while also preventing ink leakage. "I sent an email to you already about this issue. I cannot see how to extract current ink cartridge. I seems that a three prong tool is needed? I tried to use sharp pointed scribe, but was unable to remove the ink cartridge. In general the item is or will be useful. I just look at every aspect of any new tool, pen or not, for whether or not I would recommend or purchase again."
