A clear upgrade from the previous generation, the R40 V2 has a 20% boost in lumen output plus a CREE XP-L2 V6 LED, allowing for 1200 lumen output and a strong beam profile. When the R40 V2 runs out of juice, easily recharge with two compatible cradles: a wall mount or desktop. The wall mount cradle provides a secure and stable charge with enclosed contact points while the desktop cradle is best used as an easy place to charge your light while off-the-clock. What if you're out in the field and don't have your cradles on hand? No problem! Simply use the USB-C port and recharge with the included car or AC adapter.

The R40 V2 is powered by a proprietary 21700 battery in order to ensure a high quality performance including an impressive max runtime of 1200 hours. The light uses a dual-switch interface for easy, one-handed activation and interaction with the individual lighting outputs like an easy long press of the mode button for direct access to turbo mode! The new and improved R40 V2 is capable of tail standing for hands-free lighting and prevents accidental activation with either a mechanical or electronic lockout mode.
