Just ok
"Bought it thinking it was different from the norm. High lumen but very small bulb which means bright but low illumination."

Description
Nitecore TIP Winter Special Edition LED Keylight Gift Set
Stuff it in Their Stocking!
This holiday, gift them our runaway bestseller -- Nitecore's Tip! This mighty keychain light gets the gift package treatment with the inclusion of a presentation tin, USB charge cord, greeting card, and special edition fun colors. The Tip is designed for everyday carry, making it a great match for college students, commuting professionals, tinkerers, dog walkers, and anyone who has to fumble with locks in the dark.
That's Just the TIP of the Iceberg
Our first batch of Tips sold like hotcakes, namely because they have handy, intuitive features. Take the LED charge indicators, for example. They turn from red to green when the internal battery pack is recharged. Likewise, a quick tap of the Mode switch when the Tip is off will give you a status update of your current battery level. More flashes mean more juice! This way you'll always know when it's time to recharge. Hold both switches to engage the lockout mode, which prevents accidental activation - perfect if you're packing a travel bag. And with four brightness levels to select from, you'll never be caught with too little light, or blind yourself with too much.
You Never Forget Your First
When you get your hands on a truly quality flashlight, you start to wonder just how long you've been missing out. These multicolored holiday Tips may look playful, but their housing is super tough. Rugged aluminum alloy is anodized with a military-grade thick plating, giving it even more armor. The rear keyring can suspend over 60 pounds, just in case you need to use it in a tug-of-war. And it's dust and rainproof, so you don't have to worry about taking it out in lousy weather. This holiday season, don’t waste your time on trinkets that'll get stuck in the back of a drawer. Give 'em a stocking stuffer that they'll remember. Give 'em the Special Edition Tip.

Small but very Bright
"It's come in a Beautyful metal box. It's small but very bright. It's easy to use and carry everyday. And very easy to recharge it."
Amazing Keychain Light
"I have several Nitecore TIPs and got several Special Editions as gifts. I checked this Special Edition and it works the same as my other TIPs, with an extremely bright high (turbo) and a moonlight type low. The on/off and mode switches work without a problem. Holding the switch down for turbo or very low is easy and is the way I turn it on most often. On a dark night, the turbo lights up the trail for 40 yards or more. I use the lowest level in the house for walking around at night, without lighting the whole place up. The battery seems to run a long time and I have carried a TIP in my pocket for weeks, using it frequently, without it running out. The battery level light works very well and you shouldn't have any surprises about losing power. I don't carry a backup flashlight, any more, for long walks on open space trails at night. The TIP is so bright that it is more than adequate if a primary flashlight malfunctions. This light is easy to carry in a pocket and I don't even notice it, until I need it. The Special Edition has a USB connector in the box. Very neat little light."
