This clip-on accessory features a carabiner design that makes it easy to attach to the D-ring of your pet's collar. This enables you to easily attach or detach the light from your dog's or cat's neckband or harness, while they are excitedly waiting at the door. The Nite Ize PetLit runs on 2 CR927 lithium coin cell batteries(included with purchase), which offer a run time of approximately 24 hours. Lithium coin cell batteries are incredibly easy to replace, when necessary. The LED-powered light has an easy-to-use operation. To turn the light on, simply twist the body. Not only is this an easy task that even a child could complete, but it also prevents accidental activation, if you choose to leave the charm on your pet's collar at all times.
