NOCO NLXU1
Long-Life Lithium 12.8V Battery
One of the most highly-engineered batteries ever produced, the NOCO NLXU1 is a 12.8V, rechargeable lithium iron phosphate battery with a Group U1 BCI size. With a 40Ah capacity, the NLXU1 has a dual purpose design, meaning it can be used as a starter or deep-cycle battery. It is also highly adaptable thanks to its customizable terminals - Type X terminals, 3/8" bolts, and 1/4" bolts are included. With no sulfation or acid stratification, the NLXU1 eliminates the typical wear and degradation of comparable batteries, and does not need continual maintenance and repair to function at peak performance. The NLXU1 also has a much longer life than competitors, with up to 50,000+ start cycles and 2,000+ full cycles.
High-Performance BMS
The NLXU1's active Battery Management System makes this battery safer and more convenient to use, providing protections against over-charge, over-discharge, over-current, short-circuit, extreme heat, and extreme cold. The BMS is also partially responsible for the battery's ability to charge up to 20X faster than lead-acid batteries. This rapid-recharge design makes it possible to fully recharge the NLXU1 in less than an hour using the GENIUSPRO50 charger.
Rugged Construction
The NLXU1 is built with a hard plastic shell reinforced by a strong honeycomb lattice structure. This protects the battery against impacts, and it is rated IP66 for exposure to dust and water, safeguarding the NLXU1 against almost any environment or condition. The battery has a compact size that is easy to mount and weighs just 12 pounds. The NLXU1 has an operating temperature range between -4° and 122°F that adds to its high endurance capability. With the integrated foot-mount, it is extremely easy to attach the NLXU1. The battery has universal compliance and you will enjoy the 5-year limited warranty provided by NOCO.
