Innovative Hand-Wave Activation
The Olight H16 Wave Motion Activated Headlamp features two bright CREE XP-G3 LEDs and runs on a built-in Lithium Polymer battery pack. The innovative hand-wave activation lets the user turn the headlamp on and off with a simple wave of a hand! This hands-free activation prevents your light from getting dirty while you continue to focus on the task in front of you. And for those who prefer the hands-on approach, the manual activation button is located centrally on the face of the headlamp. Running on a Li-Poly battery the H16 flashlight has an astoundingly bright 500 Lumen output as well as a maximum 160 Hour runtime.
Olight's headband incorporates reflective material into the design for extra high visibility. The bright outputs, long runtimes, and reflective band make this the optimal headlamp for those who need to see, and be seen, at night. For example, the H16 LED headlamp is perfect for night cyclists, trail hikers, and other outdoor enthusiasts because it can be used for hours on end and allow others to easily spot you. Additionally, the hands-free activation allows mechanics and other tradesmen to use the light without getting it dirty after every job.
The rechargeable battery pack is located on the back of the headlamp for better weight distribution - making it more comfortable to wear over time. The pack is made up of a Lithium Polymer battery that is rechargeable via Micro-USB cord. Visible on the Li-Poly battery pack are blue LEDs to visually indicate remaining battery life and an audible beep when the battery is at 10 percent to alert its user. On the front of the headlamp are dual LEDs that provide a focused beam of light AND an extensive flood beam to fully illuminate any and all areas that lie ahead.
