The innovative headlamp comes equipped with a pair of CREE XP-G2 LEDs, each with its own specialized lens optimized for specific lighting needs. One LED is used to produce a far-throwing beam of up to 400 Lumens for long-distance illumination while the other produces a dimmer, evenly dispersed beam better suited for up-close lighting ideal for late-night running. The head of the HS2 is even able to pivot vertically, allowing its user to choose the lighting angle that best fits their needs.

Easy-To-Use Design

The last thing any runner or hiker needs from their gear is complicated operation, so the HS2 is designed to be as simple to use as possible, even while active. The headlamp is operated using a large pushbutton switch located on the side of the headband, which can be used to turn the light on and off, as well as access all 4 of its unique outputs. The large button makes the light easy to operate even while on the move, perfect for active users. The HS2 is powered by a rechargeable Lithium Polymer battery pack that can power the light for up to 18 hours on a single charge. The battery pack comes with a multi-LED power indicator to keep track of its remaining charge and even features an audible low power indicator, beeping once the pack drops below 10°. These handy monitoring tools will make sure you're never blindsided by a dead battery while out on the go!
