The light features five different brightness levels to choose from ranging from 0.5 to 1000 Lumens, plus a strobe mode. The highest mode produces a mind blowing 1000 Lumens, giving you incredible brightness and power. If you want longer runtime for your M1X Striker, simply switch to mode 5 which gives you up to 360 hours of light at 0.5 Lumens. This flashlight also has a built in thermal management system that limits the high output to 5 minutes and then gradually decreases the high output by 55% after 3 minutes of constant use.

You can keep your Olight M1X Striker running strong by either using 2 x CR123A lithium batteries or 1 x 18650 lithium-ion battery. "This flashlight is a great flashlight especially that I'm Law Enforcement & we need a good small/medium sized light. The only thing that got me mad was when I ordered the light the guy never told me it don't come with a charger and now I have no way to charge it. Wow, what a light.
"This is the second Olight that I have bought. I really like this one, it should have come with a belt case though. The front of the bezel is going to hurt if I ever have to use it on somebody. The light is extremely bright, the modes are easy to adjust as long as you can find the front switch. That's not an easy thing to do in the dark, but I would rather that than have push the tail switch 100 times a second to find the mode I want. That's just nonsense. The beam is a nice spot with a halo bright enough at short range to allow you to notice something you might not be looking directly at."

This light gets the job done. So far it is exactly what I expected and would recommend this light to anyone. One bit of advice get the rechargeable batteries."
