"Battery Junction had a great sale on 2013 lights. While the light may only be 700 lumens on maximum, the light throws well and is close to the perceived brightness of the M2X Javelot. Great price. Well made and comes with a rugged plastic fitted case."

"Got this light for my brother and had a hard time boxing it back up for him. He picked a new warrior light and this fell into the shopping cart. Brand and price sold it . . . The output from this light is AMAZING . . . and my brother the LEO stated as such after his first testing session. Few nights later on duty he said it is BRIGHTER than the squad car mounted search light. He has found a place in his squad car for it as a constant on duty companion just like BARNEY. "I've been trying to use the to work less with my Surefire battery eaters and find other lights to use for training, The Surefire's through some outrageous light, especially the weapons lights. So far several of the LED's I've tried over the last 3-4 years say 500 lumens of extreme lighting, but my 125 lumen light on my carbine lights up a target at 200yds when the led's barely made it to 100yds. I recently purchased an OLIGHT M3X from you and the games are changing, the setting of 800 lumens lights up a target well enough to engage at 250yds. The low setting is still bright enough to search a building or shoot outside to 75-100ish. The strobe however, when used inside is a weapon in itself. The people I tested it on weren't happy with me when I surprised them with it. Ease of operation, great battery life on low, which should be more commonly used in my experience for most inside work night or day. Clearing buildings, looking through peoples vehicles at night etc. I would have been using low most of the time. Great light, great features and a great price for the product. I will be showing it off in my upcoming classes."

"This light is a throw monster! The box has it rated as an 800 meter range - 100 more than the M31. The light is a great blue / white color which looks somewhat like a high - end car headlight. The beam hotspot looks to be about 20% tighter than the Olight M31, with a bit more intensity. Although rated at 700 lumens, this light seems to be putting out more. A medium setting of 300-400 lumens, and a tail cap button for one - handed mode switching would definitely improve this light. As it is, I am not aware of anything in this price range which will crank out 800 m of throw with usable peripheral light. 5 stars."
