"I like Olight but they use a lot of proprietary batteries. This would not be such a big deal if they supported the batteries. They don't. You have to rely on 3rd party sellers to stock these hard to find batteries if you want long term support for a Olight that uses a proprietary battery. Having said all that Battery Junction comes thru yet again. This 26650 in it's proprietary configuration is a powerhouse and a must have for certain Olight flashlights. As always the batteries arrived quickly and very well packaged. Thank you Battery Junction for stocking the unobtainium."

"I recently purchased the Olight R50 Seeker Pro (my first Olight to go with many from Nitecore, Fenix, Jetbeam and Klaris) from Battery Junction that included the above 26650 battery. After approx one month of service, I went to charge the light in the wall charger as I normally do after limited night usage and the light would not accept a charge. I then checked the battery with a voltmeter and the voltage showed 0. 0 volts. Yes, the battery died totally and would not accept a charge. I called Battery Junction and the woman I spoke with in customer service graciously replaced the battery. I chose to purchase a second battery as well. The Olight R50 Seeker Pro requires use of this specialized battery. This is a protected battery design and if working properly should cutoff at 2. 8 volts. On the battery it indicates that there is a built in circuit board that is supposed to prevent over discharge. Obviously that circuit board did not work."
