"These things are great! I have one of the original ones that I use to quickly slap a flashlight on one of my old shotguns when pesky little racoons start stealing the cat's food. I have also used it to attach a flashlight to a Browning Buckmark when shooting gophers in the wee hours of the night while irrigating. I loved the original and bought another one just for a spare. This new one is an improvement on the original because Olight covered the magnets with rubber so they no longer mark up the barrel of said firearm(s). The magnets are crazy powerful, no flashlight going to get accidentally knocked off here. For firearms with long barrels and no rails or flashlight mounts, these things save the day (well, night, actually. . . )! Buy one, maybe two. . . Marnix of Lub"
