The light is powered by a specialized Lithium-Ion battery pack (included), which can provide up to 15 hours of usage and can be recharged using a common micro-USB charging cable. The NAO +'s comfortable headbands easily adjust to nearly any head size and provide the secure hold needed for active use.

Reactive Lighting

The NAO + comes with two basic lighting modes; Constant Lighting, which maintains a steady brightness no matter the conditions, and Reactive Lighting, which adjusts the brightness based on your surroundings. Hiking on a trail and need to stop to look at your map? The NAO + will instantly dim the beam so you can better read your chart. Need to take a look at your surroundings to better gauge where you are? The headlamp will switch to a far-throwing spotlight so you can get a better look. This handy functionality makes the headlamp easy to use in any conditions.

Customize To Your Activity

One of the most unique features of the NAO + is its compatibility with the "MyPetzl Light" app and the customization it brings its user. Connecting your smartphone to your headlamp via Bluetooth, the app allows you to monitor the light's brightness and remaining runtime in real time and will even let you adjust its brightness right from your phone! The app even lets you create your own "profile" of settings to save for later use, letting you pick specific brightness levels or runtimes you'll need for your next activity!
