This Petzl SPELIOS Helmet is the perfect piece of gear to take with you on your next climbing expedition. Featuring an ELIOS CLUB helmet with an attached DUO LED 14 headlamp, this caving helmet is perfect for cavers and climbers alike. The multi-functional helmet light offers a variety of beam patterns to accommodate the varying needs of an adventurer. Choose the halogen bulb for a focused beam that reaches out over 328 feet (100 meters). The 14 LEDs, on the other hand, may be used to create a wider flood beam that is perfect for spotting obstacles in front of you, such as while exploring within a cave. Within the flood beam option, users also have a choice of three constant lighting modes: maximum, optimum and economic. The Petzl SPELIOS helmet light runs on four AA batteries, which are included with every unit purchased. As always with Petzl headlamps, when the batteries run low, reserve power mode kicks in to give you ample time before your batteries run out.
