"I read the comments before i bought this product and decided to try it out anyway. First thing i noticed when i received it is, there were no instructions. It took me some time to figure out how to use it. Second, it looked so cheaply made, the label was stuck on completely off to the side. And lastly, it doesn't charge the batteries what so ever and yes, the batteries i bought were rechargeable and the right ones. It just blinks green when they are dead."
