"Charger is a bit clumsy to operate. It seemed like it charged all the cells I bought fine. The folding prongs for the plug are also a bit goofy and would benefit from a stop detent in the open position."

It took me some time to figure out how to use it. Second, it looked so cheaply made, the label was stuck on completely off to the side. And lastly, it doesn't charge the batteries what so ever and yes, the batteries i bought were rechargeable and the right ones. It just blinks green when they are dead."
