Battery Protection Circuit Module
This battery protection circuit module prevents the overcharging and over-discharging of a Li-ion battery pack. The PCB is compatible with both 18650 and 18500 sizes when building your own battery pack with raw cells. Li-ion batteries are extremely dense with power, which explains why they are becoming more and more popular for powering small, portable electronics. Though more popular, Li-ion cells require some additional care, which is especially true when building custom packs. This round battery protection circuit module is designed to limit a pack's maximum discharge to 2A. It is important that you match the PCB with the raw cell's discharge rate. Please note that positive and negative leads, as well as an insulator, are not included with your purchase.
