Compact 18650-Powered EDC
The Powertac M5-G2 is a compact every day carry flashlight powered by a single 18650 battery. Take this flashlight in your pocket, backpack, or keep it in your glovebox in case of an emergency. With 2,030 lumens of max output and a 330-meter throw, this light is the perfect companion for nightly walks with the dog or day-to-day use at work.
Dual Button Interface
The M5-G2 uses a dual switch interface for easy access to all of the available modes this light has to offer. Use the tail switch for both momentary and continuous modes and the side switch for quick access to different lumen outputs and strobe. This system makes it easy to get the output you want when you need it.
Magnetic Charging
Powertac makes your life easier by incorporating in-body magnetic charging to the M5-G2. Quickly recharge the battery inside the light without ever having to remove it! Simply attach the included magnetic USB cable and plug into an outlet and you're all set. Don't have time for a full recharge? Toss in two CR123As instead to keep your light going longer.

"This isn't the first light I've purchased from Battery Junction. I've been looking for a smaller flashlight for sometime. The M5-G2 from Powertac is a great light with 2030 lumens and for the sale price, I couldn't pass it up. For anybody who is looking for a great flashlight, I would highly recommend this light. It's small and very bright."

"So many choices in great lights today. We are blessed with endless choices. Powertac may not have the marketing and flashy models like Olight but I have always enjoyed their lights. This is my 4th M5. I had the G1, then added two Gen2's, one for my son. This is a great price on a great light. Pro's: Love the grippy texture. Excellent for wet days. The size is perfect in my view. At just under 5', it is manageable for most pockets. It is a good thrower. I like the 18650 / CR123 power. Yes, 21700 batteries are longer running but can push many lights a little large for pocket carry. Cons: None I have found. Along with the M5, I have two Cadets for smaller carry. Love them also. The newer Cadet G4 is a very nice upgrade over prior models."
