Accurate Colors Underwater
Despite their high power and efficiency, sometimes LED flashlights can distort colors. Princeton Tec designed the Tec 40 with a halogen bulb for highly accurate color rendition while diving. They started with the same housing as their battle-tested, hazard-safe Impact XL flashlight, and then converted the light source over to an incandescent bulb. A rubber overmolded body helps you keep your grip, and the twist-activation bezel means it will never accidentally turn on. And its throw distance of 108 m ensures you can illuminate your target from any distance.
Safe in the Water or the Factory
Waterproof up to 100 m, the Tec 40 is suited for the most demanding SCUBA dives and underwater caving. Above ground, you can count on its UL approved, Class 1 and Class 2 hazard-safe housing in industrial environments. Available in black or highly visible neon yellow.
