They call it the Torrent for good reason: it's Princeton Tec's most powerful, hazard-safe, handheld light. 330 lumens keep blasting for up to 30 hours on the same set of batteries. Signature body construction makes the Torrent equally at home in the depths of the ocean, or in Class 1 Division 2 workplaces. It can operate while submerged up to 100 m underwater, and while topside it will throw a beam 145 m (that's a football field and a half). The Torrent's constant current circuit prevents dimming or flickering, so your beam output doesn't droop as your batteries discharge.
Accessible Strength
Many of our high-end flashlights operate on unusual batteries that require specialized chargers. Not so with the Torrent, which draws its strength from 8x regular AA cells. Attach it to your belt using the included lanyard, or loop it around your wrist to retain control even if you drop it. The Torrent's high-powered LED throws off a lot of heat, but Princeton Tec's heatsink technology dissipates it quickly, maximizing efficiency and preserving the LED's lifespan. Available in black or highly visible neon yellow.
