Great Tactical Light
"Have owned this light for more than a year--great light. The only issue I ever had was with the pressure switch. Made the light tempermental when turned on, which wouldn't work. Removed the pressure switch, and light works like a charm. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE, that can hit the button and go straight to strobe, or high beam, or whatever you wish. That is the key selling point. The light is bright, but would go even brighter if you can afford this--the more lumens the better, for tactical situations like home defense. May be the best tactical light on the market for the money."

Great Light
"I thought I did a review on this one, maybe it was a similar light (same brand and style). JetBeam is one of my favorite brands, never have I had an issue with any of them. The Raptor adds the 'selector ring' which makes it easy to go from standby, strobe, low, med, high, all with one hand. The tail clicky still turns it on and off (or temp on If you hold halfway). I like not having to use two hands to change the mode (rotate the head of the light). Now I'm not sure which one would be more water proof, however the ease of use of this is great. I have the BC10, BC25, and you have to rotate the head, but I would trust those a bit more under water than say this one (or in salt water). I'm not sure how good the selector ring is sealed from weather, but Is rated, and I'm sure would survive rain, and fresh water use. Again, everything is built for a function, and fits a purpose."

Great light
"Might be the best bang for your buck, compared this light against 40 other guys lights, many who spent $120+ and this one out shined them all. Tactically efficient, one press of the button gets you what you want, where many make you hit it multiple times."
