Great light

"I purchased this light specifically for my Beretta PX4 Storm (full size). It slid on to the rail and was installed in just a few seconds. Although it states that it is designed to fit virtually ALL manufacturer’s models of hand guns and weapons with standard accessory rails, when I tried to put it on my Taurus PT145 pro and my Ruger SR9C, I couldn’t get it to slide on. The rails were a little thicker. I’m sure that there is some way to adjust it, but I didn’t try because it fits fine on the pistol I bought it for. It’s very simple to use and is a lot brighter than I thought it would be. If you approach an intruder in a dark room, this light not only illuminates your target, but it so bright it causes a blinding effect on the intruder."

Get this before the price goes up

"This is a bright, durable, compact, inexpensive light that will fit a wide range of weapons. I purchased two from The Gun Source. . . one for my home bedside defense weapon and one for my \'motel\' gun (Kel Tec PF9). The light has good range (distance) and provides enough peripheral lighting that keeps your situational awareness high. I was a little apprehensive from other (site\'s) reviews about its durability with sharp recoil (that the PF9 gives). I\'ve fired enough through it with this light attached to feel comfortable should a need arise. It won\'t fall off, stays lit and doesn\'t blink on or off from the recoil shock. I don\'t believe, however, I\'d leave it on the weapon with a steady diet of +P\'s while target practicing at the range. Everybody I show this light to wants to know where I got it. They\'re impressed with its small size and reasonable price. One guy at the range was sighting in a new \'brand name\' laser on his PF9 (with difficulty). I ask him if he was able to see a \'target\' with the laser on in the darkness of his bedroom. . . he stood there for a moment- then said he was going to pack it up and return the laser and order this S&W Flashlight. Don\'t get me wrong. I like lasers and I have a few. . . but they have their place and won\'t help you much in a dark room while you\'re stumbling to find the light switch- like in an unfamiliar motel room or even your own home when you\'re suddenly awakened by breaking glass. I know. . . I\'ve been in both situations without a gun light years ago. . . never again!"
