SOG Trident Mini Folding Knife - Partially Serrated - Black TiNi Finish
The SOG Trident Mini Folding Knife is one of the most durable and effective folding knives on the market and the perfect accessory to any outdoorsman or tactical knife user. The partially-serrated blade is crafted from high-grade AU-8 stainless steel, which goes through the rigorous process of cryogenic heating in which the blade's temperature is dropped to -300°F and slowly brought back up to room temperature in order to give the blade increased edge retention and rigidity. Its glass-reinforced nylon handle features a coarse Digi-Grip™ that gives you a safer, more controlled grip on the knife. The knife also comes with a removable low-carry pocket clip that can be attached for secure storage in your pocket.
The knife's opening mechanism features SOG Assisted Technology™ which uses high tension spring coils that, when applied with pressure by the operator, create a greater force to propel the blade open instantly. The blade can then be disengaged by pressing the stop bar near the base of the blade and locked using the built-in safety. While the safety is active and the blade is closed, the innovative Groove™ can be used to cut string, paracord and fishing line safely without fear of the blade slipping.
