What makes the Spotlight Shifter 4.0 different than the rest? For starters, the brilliant 300-lumen output cannot compare. The beam even extends out 220 meters! The Spotlight Shifter 4.0 still offers 3 power options (high, low and strobe); however, the variation between spot light and flood light are 12:1 versus 6:1 for the other models. This LED flashlight is powered by 4 AAA batteries, which are included with every unit purchased. When used in low mode, the flashlight can run for up to 3 hours. The beauty of using alkaline batteries is that they are easily replaceable, from practically anywhere. The Spotlight Shifter 4.0 is constructed from aircraft-grade aluminum and can withstand a 1-meter drop. The LED flashlight is also rated IPX-4 for water resistance. To operate the light, simply tap the tail-cap button. Twist the head to adjust the output mode.
