This model also comes with a shoulder strap, but only weighs 3.3 pounds while still running off of a 4.5 ampere-hour sealed lead acid rechargeable battery. Don't be mistaken, reduced weight and size, in this case, does not translate to reduced durability. The Fire Vulcan is made of the same high-impact ABS thermoplastic casing with rubberized bumper and is waterproof/dustproof. This model is equipped with an 8 Watt bi-pin halogen bulb producing 150 lumens of light and a respectable peak beam intensity of 80,000 candela. The two bright blue LED tail lights are the most unique features of this model - search on forward with the powerful spot beam while remaining visible from behind as well.
