The Optimal Compact LED Lantern
The Streamlights Siege AA Coyote Ultra-Compact Floating LED Lantern is one of the best light you can have in your camping gear. The lantern can produce up to 200 bright white Lumens that will lighten up your entire campsite and features an ASTOUNDING 288-hour maximum runtime. This lantern features two red C4 LEDs that can help preserve night vision and provide you with light that is less strenuous on your eyes. The red LEDs are perfect for reading and comes with an emergency Flash SOS mode that will draw attention from far away. The Siege AA has an IPX7 rating that makes it waterproof and it will float if you drop it in the water.
The easy to use push button switch sits comfortably on the front of the flashlight. It is slightly recessed so it is not easily activated during travel or while it is sitting in storage. The push button also works as a battery status indicator. The status indicator changes from green, to yellow, to red, then to flashing red when the batteries reach the end of their usability. When the batteries finally die easily swap them out with another set of everyday AA Alkaline batteries. Even running on the common AA batteries the Siege AA will provide you with bright and constant light on your next camping trip.

Great Little Lantern
"Bought these as a gift but I own two. Bought for camping but find them very use full around the house. On high they will fill a room with light which is nice when the power goes out. When camping generally use the lower light settings and have never had to change batteries, use Tenergy rechargeable. Best feature is remembers last light level mode and powers up at that level. Nothing worst than to wake up fellow campers by turning on a light on high."
