By popular demand Streamlight has produced a new addition to the Strion Series. Introducing the Strion DS Compact Dual-Switch Handheld Flashlight! The dual-switch technology gives the user access to multiple lighting modes by pushing the tail switch or using the head-mounted switch. Both of the buttons can operate as a stand-alone switch. This makes flashlight usage easier by allowing you to turn on the light while holding it in any position. The TEN-TAP programmable feature allows you to program your flashlight to remember output modes in a different order than the standard factory default.
The Strion DS Compact Flashlight Body is made with a dense aluminum material and has anodized finish making this one of their most durable lights. It has an IPX4 certification and has a 2 meter impact resistance. With this durable shell it is amazing to see that this flashlight only weighs 5.4 ounces! Featuring 3 modes and a strobe - this flashlight runs on a rechargeable 3.7V Li-Ion battery. The max beam distance is 219m and a max output of 375 Lumens. The large Lumen output and outstanding run time makes this flashlight perfect for constant outdoor use. Since the battery is rechargeable, and has a lifespan of up to 1000 recharge cycles, you are guaranteed to save money overtime.
