Description
The SureFire ARC2 search light head is designed for use in conjunction with the ARC2-BATT-8C lithium-ion battery pack handle. This ultra-high output HID (high-intensity discharge) lamp features a deep, mirror-like reflector, which creates a blinding 4500 lumen output. The 730,000-candela beam offers a maximum throw of 1,600 meters that is perfect for search and rescue teams. The HID lamp is free of filaments and it therefore won't fail due to vibration or impact, while on the job. Another great feature of this spotlight lamp is is compatibility with removable screw-in colored filters. Feel free to add different filters to alter the lamps' output with ease. This search light head, from SureFire, can be powered in three different ways:
- Through a 12V vehicle accessory outlet that connects to the back of the lamp.
- Through an AC-to-DC plug-in power supply or battery charger (when using the ARC-BATT-8C battery pack, which is sold separately).
- Through the ARC2-BATT-8C battery pack handle, which can power the lamp for 80 minutes (sold separately).
